Cold Therapy v. Cryotherapy

Cold therapy, or cryotherapy is defined as any method that uses cold temperature to treat injury or disease. Both terms are used interchangably, although cryotherapy tends to refer to the treatment of specific diseases, whereas cold therapy usually refers to the treatment of an injury.
