How Does Ice Right Work?

» Sports Injuries » When You Are Injured » Cold Therapy »

When the Ice Right wrap is applied to an injury such as a strain or sprain, the combination of ice + compression rapidly cools the injured tissue. This effective combination not only relieves pain but also helps to prevent secondary swelling of already damaged tissue. This secondary swelling is the primary cause of extended recovery times.
